E-File training is crucial – especially if you are going to be working on clients as it is an amazing tool that can save a huge amount of time, but incorrect use can cause serious damage to client nails.
E-Filing is available as a standalone course, or can be added to any system course.
COURSE CONTENT
Our training will include both theory and hands on practical training to prepare you for successfully and safely operating an E-file.
Course Duration: STANDALONE: 1 day (includes competency assessment for certification)
Course Duration: SYSTEM ADD-ON: ½ day
Your training will include the following:
- Identify and use different types of electric nail drills and their accessories.
- Select the correct drill bits for specific nail services and understand their maintenance.
- Apply safe and effective nail filing techniques to enhance the natural beauty of the nails.
- Implement stringent sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients.
- Practical assessment of technique
COURSE COST – STANDALONE
The course cost depends on whether you use your own equipment or if you need to include an efile and drill bits. All options include a training manual and, on completion of assessment, a certificate.
Option 1: Training Only
Cost for training and assessment only is R1,500. NO KIT is supplied for this course.
Option 2: Training + Standard E-File
Cost is R3,500. Kit includes an EN-400 E-file, 1 ceramic drill bit and 1 tungsten carbide bit. (Kit valued at R2,760)
Option 3: Training + 45W Rechargeable E-File
Cost is R4,250. Kit includes a 45W rechargeable E-file, 1 ceramic drill bit and 1 tungsten carbide bit. (Kit valued at R3,805)
Option 4: Training + 85W Brushless Rechargeable E-File
Cost is R5,750. Kit includes an 85W rechargeable brushless E-file, 1 ceramic drill bit and 1 tungsten carbide bit. (Kit valued at R5,500)

Cost is R4,950. Kit includes an 85W rechargeable brushless E-file, 1 ceramic drill bit and 1 tungsten carbide bit. (Kit valued at R5,335)
ASSESSMENT
All Trainees will be required to undergo a practical assessment on completing their training. For a standalone course, assessment will be carried out on the day of the training. For a system add-on, assessment will be carried out on the day of the practical exam.
Certificates of Competence will be issued only after the successful completion of the assessment.
