After being a long time client of Rientia's, I finally did a Crystal Claws Gel Polish course with her.She was patient, professional and precise.Rientia is a phenomenal trainer, with many years of experience, in various nail disciplines, and it reflects in the quality of her work and teaching, as a specialist in the nail care industry.She is open for questions and help after the course.  Not only do you gain the knowledge to do a superior set of nails, you gain life insights and a life-long friendship.

Your website and product presentation immediately got my attention. Scrolling through your friendly to use website and reading about your products, seeing the variety, and packaging of your products made me want to find out more about the product and training. This led me to a meeting with Jeanette. She spent more than an hour with me. She listened to my history as a nail technician and where I wanted to be. Then she demonstrated all the systems and even let me work with the products. I wanted to learn the skill of working with acrylic and it turns out she had extensive experience and knowledge in the acrylic system. I knew there and then that she is the right educator. She explained the different courses and I enrolled in the Acrylic and Builder Gel course. What happened next was the most important part of my training!!! She gave me the choice to do the course in a week or two stretch it out into one day a week. I opened for the one day a week and this made all the difference! This gave me time to practice the skill taught that day for n week. She also broke the manual down in small weekly examinations and this helped not to feel overwhelmed or stressed with one big examination. It allowed me to grow in my technique and getting to know the product. I would recommend this way of doing a course to everyone that ask me. It is brilliant!! I feel fortunate to have met Jeanette and to have her as my educator. She will always be the one I contact if a problem pops up and there with good advice and willing to help. I feel confident in writing this because it is who she is. She knows how to teach. It is a skill and not everybody has it. I found a friend in her. She inspires me with her work and art and her love for her profession. She teaches just by the way you see her with her clients. She has good business skills, and I will definitely be there for that class. I think it's just as important as being a good nail technician. Her dedication to Crystal Clawz make me feel part of a stunning team and I will do my best to live up to your standard of excellence. Thank you, Jeanette, for the opportunity to be trained by you.
