Elza Oosthuizen
Hello there! I’m Elza Oosthuizen, a seasoned professional in the beauty and nail industry, based in the vibrant city of Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. For a quarter of a century, I’ve been immersed in this dynamic field, constantly learning, growing, and evolving with the trends.
My journey began in 1998 when I took my first nail course at Calbrook. It was here that I trained in Gel polish, a skill that would become the foundation of my career. I was captivated by the artistry and precision involved in nail care, and I knew then that this was the path I wanted to pursue.
In 2003, I decided to expand my skill set and underwent training in Acrylic. This added another dimension to my expertise, allowing me to offer a wider range of services to my clients and keep up with the ever-changing trends in the industry.
Most recently, in June 2022, I embarked on a new journey as an Educator with Crystal Clawz. This role has allowed me to share my wealth of knowledge and experience with others in the industry, helping them to grow and succeed. I find immense joy in teaching and mentoring, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see my students flourish in their careers.
As I look to the future, I’m excited to continue my journey in this vibrant and ever-evolving field. The beauty and nail industry is constantly changing, with new trends and techniques emerging all the time. I’m committed to staying at the forefront of these developments, continually learning and growing, and sharing my knowledge with the next generation of nail technicians.
