R1750,00R5000,00

This training course on Professional Electric Filing is ideal for Nail Technicians, Manicurists, Pedicurists, and Podiatrists. It is crucial to undergo thorough training in electric filing before using an electric nail file, as improper usage can cause significant harm to your clients’ nails.

From R165 per month with Mobicred over 12 month.

The advantages of using an Electric Nail File include:

  • Prevention of carpal tunnel syndrome, a common issue resulting from years of manual filing.
  • Significant reduction in the time spent on shaping nails, allowing you to serve more clients each day.
  • Simplified process of backfilling acrylic nails.
  • Ease in accessing hard-to-reach areas such as cuticle regions and the undersides of nails.
  • Efficient reshaping of thick toenails, removal of calluses from feet, and quick refinement of nail tips.

Select an E-file by reading through the information below which explains the difference between the Brush and Brushless models.

A busy nail salon will run through e-files a lot faster than they’d like to. Quite simply a normal brush motor wears out very quickly. A standard brush motor will last for 1,000 to 3,000 hours and replacing your handset costs almost as much as replacing the entire machine. Brushed motors should ideally have the brushes replaced every 50-60 hours to extend the life of the machine.

On average, brushless motors can attain in excess of 10,000 hours, as there are no brushes to wear down.

Brushed motors require small metal brushes to work with the magnets to keep the shaft spinning. Brushless models have an electronic circuit board and a sensor to do the same thing.

RECHARGEABLE CARBON BRUSH FILE (Black or White colour)

High Quality Professional / Variable speed – 0 to 35,000 rpm / 45W Power output / 2500mA Rechargeable Li-Ion battery / Left and right direction of rotation / Low noise and low vibration / Quick change for drill bits / Large dial speed control for easy operation / Digital speed display / Belt clip for control box / Automatic safety overload protection

Or

RECHARGEABLE BRUSHLESS E-FILE (Black or White colour)

BRUSHLESS rechargeable efile is the top of the range file for professional nail techs and salons. This unit includes a handy docking station for recharging.

That has several advantages when it comes to performance, reliability, and durability. Brushless motors are:

  • More energy-efficient.
Because there are no brushes rubbing against anything, no energy is lost due to friction. That means brushless motors are more energy-efficient than brushed drills and can run on batteries for up to 50 percent longer.
  • More responsive.
A drill with a brushless motor adjusts its speed, torque, and power supply to match the task at hand. It’ll sense the resistance and use only enough power to accomplish the job. (This battery power conservation also contributes to the brushless motor’s efficiency.)
A brushed motor will use the same amount of power no matter what resistance it’s up against.
  • Capable of packing more power, torque, and speed.
Without brushes to cause friction and slow things down, brushless drills pack more power and torque.
  • Easier to maintain.
A brushed drill requires new brushes after every 50 to 60 hours of use, but brushless models don’t have any brushes that need replacement.
  • Brushless motors are also lighter than brushed motors – handpiece weighs approximately 125g
  • Longer-lasting.
No friction in a brushless drill means less wear and tear, and less heat. Excessive heat is the enemy of both the motor and the battery, and a brushless motor runs up to 50 percent cooler than a brushed motor.
With a brushless drill, any heat that does develop dissipates faster because the winding mechanism that creates heat is on the casing of the drill rather than in the interior.
